Multipulse was approached by an operator with a feedback issue on a factory-standard public announcement handset used extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
The customer had used a particular handset throughout their fleet. There had been multiple complaints from customers about the quality of the announcements, and as this fleet is due to be removed from service in the near future, a cost effective solution was required.
Our sales and engineering departments worked closely with the customer to provide a new wiring scheme, as well as fitting additional components to soften feedback from mechanical use. The solution was welcomed by staff and customers alike.
