Multipulse’s experienced project managers oversee delivery of projects from concept to completion. Our ethos is to take the pain out of the day-to-day management for our clients so they can focus on the bigger picture and their strategic objectives. Recent projects include the management of design, logistics, installation and approvals of the next generation trainborne RETB signalling system. During this project our project management team not only dealt with the tasks of design and installation, but also the detailed planning and arrangements with the customer’s own clients to obtain access to vehicles, arrange training courses and provide spares. We go the extra mile to assure the best possible outcomes for the customer and the end users.
